Job Responsibilities :
- Trained in operation of hand jacks, lifting devices, cutting tools, and related material handling equipment.
- Keep production stocked with raw materials.
- Request product from the warehouse and assign to designated production area.
- Identify proper labeling, count, and the transport of materials to stored locations.
- Assist with job set ups, changeovers, lot closings, and line clearance.
- May provide guidance to lower-level Material Handler(s).
- Must adhere to all safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and be able to manipulate up to 110 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Payrate: $21.90/hr.
- Initially structured as a 12-month contract
- Schedule: 5:30am-4:00pm (Monday thru Thursday)
- Onsite position, based in Redmond, WA
- High School or GED, preferred
- Manufacturing Experience or 2-years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed
- Performs work independently without being prompted.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work within tight timelines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, and accuracy.
- Basic computer and math skills.
