The Job
You will join the team working out of San Francisco International Airport and be trained to support one of our airline clients (we work with several international airlines).
You'll start with one airline but will have the opportunity to train with others in time. International flights typically use wide-body airplanes that hold 200-300 passengers who will need assistance from the time they check in until they board (on departures) and from aircraft exit to baggage pick-up (on arrivals).
Pacific Aviation is responsible for ground handling all the services performed for an airline and its passengers while the airplane is on the ground.
We specialize in passenger services, so our agents may be working in any role that interacts with passengers in the terminal.

To qualify for the Airline Customer Service Agent opportunity, you will have :
Strong communication skills verbal, written and active listening; fluency in English; a second language is an advantage
Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills; attention to detail
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (early morning, afternoon, evening, and / or night) including weekends and holidays
The stamina to stand for extended periods
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. You must also pass a background check and drug test.
