Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Lodi, CA. Pay Range: $26.92 to $33.65 per hour, depending on level of education, work experience and skills. Eligible for annual profit-sharing bonus program. 

This non-exempt position will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Services and serve as the vital link between customers and our corporate headquarters, production facilities and warehouse departments. The Customer Technical Quality Supervisor is responsible for supervising the coordinator team to ensure the completion and approval of all customer specification requests to align with our internal quality and food safety standards. Additionally, this role manages internal product specifications and policies; supports quality, food safety, and technical functions across departments, and assists with product development opportunities to uphold and enhance quality and food safety initiatives throughout the company.
More specifically, this position will:

• Ensure completion, review, and signoff on all customer specifications through organization, prioritization, and allocation.
• Supervision of customer coordinator team to provide timely feedback to customers.
• Manage and update product specifications as production plants continuously improve processes and as products are developed and improved.
• Assist with the review and updating of corporate policies to ensure customer and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to production and warehouse departments to meet customer quality and food safety requirements.
• Assist and execute product development projects at corporate and plant locations.
• Research and recommend new quality and food safety programs and platforms to continue to move PCP forward to meet compliance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Requirements

• Five years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Food Safety Supervisory Role, or related experience, preferably with the food manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business, Business, Food Science related field, or equivalent professional level work experience.

• Demonstrate strong assertiveness with the ability to express contrary opinions
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak effectively to groups.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and enterprise-wide IT systems.
