Pacific Crest Coffee Company is looking for an experienced barista for shifts at both our Truckee Roastery in the Pioneer Commerce Center and our Tahoe City coffee cart. Our clientele is primarily local, is very friendly and fun to serve, and they love our shop! Company culture is pretty laid back and chill. Tips are excellent- usually between $5-$17/hour. We make all of our concentrates and drink ingredients in house. Making nice looking, tasty espresso-based drinks in a fast, efficient and friendly manner is a must. A consistent schedule is desired, but we do our best to honor reasonable time off requests. Responsibilities will include:

• Help with ordering and inventory management
• Scheduling
• Training new hires
• Making drinks
• Being a part of/delegating side work tasks and shop maintenance
• Helping to improve Standard Operating Procedures
• Menu input

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
