Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mortgage Operations Manager located in Orange, CA. As a Mortgage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working in unison with the Sales and Operations teams while overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the mortgage processing department. This includes overseeing a team of mortgage operations professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, resolving escalated issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage operations or related field with a proven track record
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry operations, regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in mortgage software and systems
