Pacific Health Group is Hiring a Remote Training Coordinator

Job Summary: The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments within the organization. This role ensures that employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

2. Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including course content, materials, and learning objectives.

3. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various methods such as classroom training, workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and employee feedback, and make necessary improvements.

6. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.

7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to incorporate them into training programs.

8. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in identifying training needs and implementing training solutions.

9. Assist in the development of employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

10. Foster a continuous learning culture by promoting professional development opportunities and encouraging employee growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an employee trainer or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

5. Proficiency in creating and delivering training content using various platforms and tools.

6. Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted training programs.

7. Strong organizational and project management skills.

8. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

9. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.

10. Certification in training and development or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
