We’re actively seeking a talented Sr. Systems Analyst II to join our CyberLife New Product Delivery team.
  • This role is hybrid. and/or 100% remote. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
As a Sr. Systems Analyst II, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing support to new initiatives for our Consumer Market Division. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 5 Pacific Life employees and 30 Contractors in the Corporate IT division. Your colleagues will include Sr. Systems Analysts and Sr. Software Developers located On-Shore/Off-Shore.
How You’ll Help Move Us Forward
  • By working in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum ceremonies while improving new product development process.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with On-Shore/Off-Shore team to provide incremental deployments that focuses on speed-to-market.
  • Active participation with Business partners during early product development to ensure scope aligns with our system architecture.
  • Anticipate project roadblocks and provide recommendations on how to solve them.
  • Positive mindset and "thinking-outside-the-box" approach to challenge "status-quo" and provide new ideas that can reduce project complexities.
The Experience You Bring
  • High Bachelor education (BS Computer Science or equivalent).
  • 12 years of working experience on complex new product development or large project enhancements.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, self-reliant, excellent teamwork collaboration.

  • Excellent math skills
  • Advanced Spreadsheet knowledge with focus on MACROS.

Base Pay RangeThe base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$118,800.00 - $145,200.00
