Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic communication plans for the Human Resources (HR) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Communications and HR to ensure the timely delivery of communications campaigns and deliverables.
• Craft clear and compelling messages tailored to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Concurrently implement multiple communications campaigns while advancing the strategic objectives established by the Internal Communications & Mission Support team and broader Communications Division
• Align communication strategies with the Lab narrative, identify opportunities, and incorporate key messaging to ensure campaign consistency.
• Enhance the creation, impact, and innovative nature of communications by heightening processes, tools, and collaboration.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns that articulate branding, objectives, benefits, and impacts.
• Create, in some cases, in partnership with the Creative team, textured communication materials, including emails, newsletters, videos, animations, presentations, and other relevant collateral, to support strategic initiatives.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand perspectives, concerns, and feedback.
• Infuse the latest thought leadership into strategic plans.
• Develop communication toolkits and resources to create strategic outcomes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Regularly assess and report on communication outcomes, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• BS / BA and 7 years of relevant work experience
• MS / MA and 5 years of relevant work experience
