Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive company car
• Clean DMV driving record
• Stable work history with verifiable references is required
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Clean background test
• Solid work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid Customer service skills : Friendly attitude, timely, dependable, detail oriented and professional

Courier Driver Responsibilities include :

• Collecting trays of mail from central post office and returning it to office for processing
• Record the number of mail trays received and maintain all records
• Collect mid-morning mail from additional post offices and returning to mailroom for processing
• Collect and deliver items as needed between four satellite offices in Portland
• Accurately record data relating to mileage and movement of packages between offices
• Maintaining car logs for driving and deliveries
• Maintaining company car Keeping the car clean at all times and taking it to the car wash Taking the car to oil changes Taking the car to the gas station
• Lift up to 50lbs, including occasionally loading bulky or heavy items into car
• Be able to sit or stand for an extended period while completing tasks such as sorting mail
• Ability to push or pull loaded mail cart
• Bending, twisting, squatting, as needed to load items into car and deliver to destination
• Hours of operation are normally 5 : 30am-2 : 30pm, with a 5 : 00am-2 : 00pm shift the last business day of the month

Copy Center Responsibilities include :

Backing up facilities print center and mail / freight room. Which includes but not limited to :

• Assisting with printing and setting up print jobs
• Using equipment for print jobs (Laminating, coil bind, cutting, and so on)
• Sorting and delivering mail in a multi-level office building
• Preparing and prepping shipments
• Onsite training is provided
• Being familiar with shipping UPS and FedEx is a plus
