**Parts Specialist**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing parts inventory, sourcing components, and ensuring timely delivery to support our plumbers operations. **Responsibilities:**

- Utilize software and similar systems to track parts inventory and manage orders efficiently.

- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, place orders, and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain effective supplier management relationships to secure quality parts and competitive pricing.

- Collaborate with the plumbers in order to make appropriate stock orders.

-Deliver required equipment to plumbers at jobsites.

- Fabricate or procure hard-to-find parts when necessary to meet service requirements.

- Help facilitate van maintenance schedules.

- Scan in receipts and invoices.

- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their capabilities to enhance parts availability.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in an plumbing shop environment and parts knowledge is a requirement.

- Proficiency in using Service Titan or other inventory management systems.

- Strong knowledge of Portland Metro area

-Clean driving record; this position offers a company vehicle.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
