As a key figure in our company, you will estimate and invoice projects that breathe life back into spaces affected by floods, fire, mold, and sewage damage. You'll work closely with insurance companies, coordinating the seamless transition from disaster to restored comfort.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is proficient in Windows and iOS operating systems and adept at using Xactimate. We are seeking someone technically savvy who can navigate our digital tools with ease.
• Possesses a professional appearance and outstanding people skills. You will be representing Pacific Rim CR in client interactions, so the ability to engage effectively and professionally is paramount.
• Has significant experience in residential and commercial Mitigation and reconstruction projects. Your expertise will guide the way to high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Is a self-starter. At Pacific Rim, we value initiative and the ability to work independently. You will own your projects from inception to completion, solving challenges along the way.
