Responsibilities:
- communicating with clients in a respectful and helpful manner via phone and email
- communicating with subcontractors and suppliers via phone and email
- composing and sending invoices, occasionally helping build estimates
- general admin work
- assisting business owner and project manager as needed
-will need to be able to work in person at office, but can occasionaly work from home as well
Skills needed:
- great customer service
- organized
- punctual
- honest
- knowledge of construction helpful but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
