Position: Administrative Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour depending on experience.

Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Oakland

Start Date: Open immediately

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling phone calls, drafting proposals, and scheduling meetings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workflow and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project journey.
  • Manage and coordinate new job start-up estimates and project proposals.
  • Schedule estimate meetings and communicate with clients regarding their project needs.
  • Collaborate with both field team members and management to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to management to support operational excellence.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction administration.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (and other construction software tools)
