Summary

Play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction of The Fish Peddler. Prepare food for service and ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

Conduct seafood counter sales, stocking and other market duties as needed. Responsible for product and menu knowledge, quality control and building relationships with store customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare food for service.
• Demonstrate detailed expertise of cooking and holding requirements for products offered.
• Prepare all menu items for service.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers.
• Assist the seafood counter when necessary.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood :

Required

High school Diploma or GED

Preferred

• One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking of seafood and related products, or a combination of training and experience.
• Prior formal culinary training.
• Food handler’s card.
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills

Salary Range : $16 hourly
