Job Summary:

The PPC Marketing and Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, overseeing brand strategies, building, and executing PPC marketing campaigns. This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in PPC management. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, developing and implementing brand strategies, and developing and executing PPC campaigns to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations & Brand Management:

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact,

addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

· Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop customized plans to achieve them.

· Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

PPC Management:

· Develop, implement, and manage PPC marketing campaigns across various platforms (Amazon, Walmart,

Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) to meet clients' marketing objectives and business goals.

· Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.

· Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

· Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

· Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and successes effectively to clients.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in PPC management.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires being in the office three days per week or travel to the office from time to time for client meetings and company meetings if you will be full time remote.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 3 years of experience in client relations, brand management, and PPC management.

· Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and optimizing ROI.

· Strong understanding of brand strategy and development.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in PPC management tools (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
