What You’ll Be Doing
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Coding and processing of A/P invoices, reviewing for proper documentation and approval.
- Research inquiries and problems. Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and internal customers.
- Post invoices in appropriate General Ledger accounts
- Print vendor checks for payments
- Review and input of employee expense reports, verify appropriate back up documentation and approval.
- Run bank reconciliation monthly.
- Balance GL accounts monthly
- Solid computer skills, experience with Axapta a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must exhibit solid judgment and follow through.
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend orders and instructions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- A drive to succeed with a self-starter approach and a can-do attitude.
