This is a part-time (0.5 FTE = 20 hours/week position).
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) performs semiprofessional nursing work relating to the care and treatment of designated patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician and performs nursing procedures within the scope of their practice, applicable protocols, policies and procedures, and nursing care plans. The LVN prepares, administers and records ordered medications and injections; obtains patient histories; observes, reports and records physiological and psychosocial signs; take vital signs; maintains medical records; maintains a safe, clean and orderly environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Graduation from an accredited program in vocational nursing.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience preferred. Experience in an electronic medical record (EMR), such as Epic preferred.
Licensure/Certification: CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Current CPR certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $65,957 to $79,144
