Packer Fastener is Hiring a Customer Experience Manager Near Green, WI
The Customer Experience Manager partner with customers (shippers and/or carriers) to fulfill their transportation needs by acting as a liaison between shippers, carriers, and internal Packer Freight team members. Customer Experience Manager will book orders with customers, line up carriers for the loads, while manage a team to meet scheduled pick-ups and deliveries.
Primary Duties
- Develops and maintains a profitable book of business; collaborates with sales and operations team members to maximize earning potential.
- Leads team focus on maximizing customer experience (e.g., efficiency, quality, and profitability).
- Sells and expands business opportunities with customers (shippers and/or carriers).
- Negotiates rates with carriers and/or shippers.
- Resolves freight discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Professionally responds to customer concerns and queries.
- Maintains positive and productive relationships with shippers and/or carriers.
- Ensures all required paperwork is completed and approved before transportation.
- Develops new strategies to improve business outcomes.
- Maintains files and records for reference purposes.
- Navigates a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
- Covers and tracks load as needed to support team (Operations and Logistics Coordinators).
