Overview
Technical Account Managers (TAM) provide high-level technical support and account management to customers, serving as a pivotal part in Packgene’s commercial activities. TAM’s primary responsibility includes project design, technical consultation, quotation/proposal preparation, and proactive account management. Technical Account Managers work to strengthen customer relationships by offering an integrated solution to address the challenges our customers are facing in their research and programs
