Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Salary: $45 to $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing high-quality care to residents/patients
• Implement treatment plans under the guidance of licensed therapists
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care

Requirements:

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current licensure in the state of California
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
