Monday-Friday 
Hours: Evenings - some flexibility - .625 FTE position - 5 hour shift/25 hours a week with the possibility going to 6 hours a day.
The pay range is $16.00-$20.00/hour
Location: Secondary Campus - 7729 - 161st Avenue Northwest, Ramsey, MN

Job description: Work related to the efficient performance of general cleaning and routine maintenance tasks. The job requires thorough execution of simple cleaning tasks, which follow an established routine.

• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of building systems, facility operations, and maintenance, preferably in the K-12 school environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• General experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, paving or masonry work, grounds maintenance, general building construction, and maintenance.
• Knowledge, skills and ability in effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and emergency management.
• Ability or willingness to learn/understand computer programs for spreadsheets, letters, e-mail and other written communications such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and facility management (CMMS) software.
• Ability to lift or move heavy objects, climb ladders, and manage work requiring heights.

The PACT Elementary campus is located at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, in the 420 acre COR Development and next to Ramsey’s newest park, The Draw, which includes an amphitheater, water feature, farmer's market, concerts, and other community events. The PACT Secondary campus will be located between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property. It’s located at 7729 - 161st Avenue Northwest between Armstrong Blvd NW and Variolite Street NW. The parcel has a beautiful line of trees and wetlands and provides a gorgeous backdrop for the new Secondary Campus. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
