Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and excellent customer service skills and an understanding of Thai cuisine to better assist customers.

One year commitment preferred

Paid training, 16.28/hour.

Official pay: 16.28/ hour percentage of tips

Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately over the phone and in person
- Operate the CLOVER POS system to process transactions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area: bussing tables and cleaning surface

-Proper food delivery to the correct table and packaging Togo orders correctly
- Open communication and good collaboration with with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Knowledge and understanding of the menu to better assist customers with dietary or allergies restrictions.

-Communicating accurate wait times to customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a THAI restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Familiarity with the CLOVER POS systems for order processing
- Understanding of food safety protocols in the food industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $16.28 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
