As an Entry Level Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with various aspects of litigation cases. We welcome candidates with 0-3 years of experience in any of the practice areas mentioned above, and we also consider applicants with experience in all areas of litigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research and analysis related to ongoing cases.
2. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Assist with case preparation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
4. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations under the supervision of senior attorneys.
5. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies as needed.
6. Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute ideas for case advancement.
7. Maintain organized case files and documentation.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar of Alabama (or willingness to obtain admission promptly).
3. Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in litigation.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Prior experience in personal injury law or related litigation is preferred but not required.
