Organising and managing schedules, appointments and meetings.
Handling correspondence and communications effectively.
Supporting the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.
Ensuring timely and accurate document and report preparation.
Managing office supplies and equipment, arranging necessary repairs or replacements.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful Part-Time PA Should Have
Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office management software like MS Office.
A detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
