PagerDuty is seeking an order management specialist to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an order management specialist you will collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with many different teams throughout PagerDuty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce experience and familiarity with ERP Systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to PagerDuty order acceptance policies
• Process orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policy
• Manage all order entry activities for global operations, including customer order management and system input, order inquiries and follow-up, and customer contact/reporting
• Manage daily visibility of order activity through Zuora system
• Establish strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Collections, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriate
• Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of related field experience 
• Strong Salesforce experience 
• Proven knowledge of ERP systems (Zuora Billing system preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision

The base salary range for this position is 61,000 - 95,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
