Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from invoicing to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform credit analysis on new and existing clients
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records
- Conduct data entry for financial transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks online or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial information
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong mathematical aptitude
