Paint Works Pro is seeking motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in solar or roofing sales, with a background in door-to-door sales being a significant advantage. Sales experience in general is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales for painting and pressure washing services
• Educate potential customers about the benefits of our services
• Generate leads and convert them to estimates
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies
• Attend regular training and development sessions to improve skills

Experience:

• Proven experience in solar or roofing sales is ideal
• Experience in door-to-door sales is a significant advantage
• Sales experience in general is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
