At Pair With ABA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis.
  • Job Title:** BCBA
  • Job Type:** Part-Time
  • Location:** Philadelphia
  • Salary Range:** $60 to $80 per hour
Job OverviewAs a BCBA at Pair With ABA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with a team of behavior technicians to provide direct services and support to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide Direct Therapy to assigned Clients
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay current on best practices and research in the field of ABA
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • PA Licensed Behavior Specialist Certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ethical and professional behavior
