Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team
- Proficient in sales techniques, market analysis, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing sales team
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation in the sales process
