Retail Associate: Pak Mail of Cedar Park
Pak Mail of Cedar Park is looking for a customer service focused and friendly part time associate! Starting up to $18 per hour with room to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Packing and processing packages for courier shipment
- Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders
- Operating print/scan/copy machine, fax machine, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
- Day to day upkeeping of store – vacuuming, wiping counters, organizing supplies, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- The ideal associate candidate will have a friendly attitude and the ability to confidently assist customers with all their needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Friendly and Customer Service focused
- A fast learner who tries to learn all aspects of the business as quickly as possible
Hours Needed:
- Monday – Friday: Morning or Afternoon shift as required
- Saturday: Must be available occasionally or as needed
Store Facts:
- Location: We are located in The Shops at Whitestone plaza, close to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and GameStop. 202 Walton Way Ste 192, Cedar Park, TX 78613
- Store Hours of Operation: Monday -Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am to 3:00pm, Sundays: CLOSED
Job Details:
- Part time with potential of going full time in the future
- Pay: $15 - $18 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Employee discount, Notary Eligibility, Sales Incentives, Paid time off (eligibility requirements)
- Shift: Morning or Afternoon on Weekdays, as needed on Saturdays
Education & Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous experience with Packing, Shipping, and Printing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
