Job Summary: The Civil Project Manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance with project specifications, and successful project execution. This position demands strong leadership, project management skills, and a commitment to safety within civil engineering environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact between our company and clients, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.

* Enforce contractual provisions to maintain project integrity and cultivate strong client relationships.

* Provide comprehensive supervision for on-site civil engineering staff, ensuring smooth technical operations.

* Collaborate directly with clients to understand civil project requirements and adapt operations accordingly.

* Manage schedules for civil project teams, ensuring optimal coverage and conducting regular performance evaluations.

* Demonstrate proficiency in budget management to keep civil projects financially on track.

* Thoroughly review and approve civil project plans, aligning them with organizational goals.

* Prioritize safety concerns, promptly addressing and ensuring full compliance across the civil worksite.

* Conduct detailed reviews of project contracts before submission to management and address inquiries from potential partners.

* Act as a mediator for on-site conflicts related to civil projects, fostering a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

* 3 years of experience in a civil project management role.

* Professional certification in civil project management desired.

* Proven budget management experience within civil projects.

* Familiarity with developing and implementing a Site Safety plan for civil worksites.

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Working Conditions:

* Work primarily conducted on-site at civil project locations, with occasional off-site meetings.

* Flexible schedule may be required, including nights and weekends.

* Travel may be necessary for project-related activities.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand for extended periods.

* Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
