Job Title: QA Tester
Work Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Test mortgage loan origination software for functionality & accuracy
- Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information
Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience as a Manual Tester, experience with LOS software or Banking software preferred
- Requires some experience with automation, preferably exposure to Selenium and JavaScript
- Ability to manually translate Functional Requirement Documents into test plans, test cases, test proceed
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance preferred
- Must have experience with XML, with ability to read and modify XML files
- Strong experience with MS Excel
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to write test cases/test scenarios and execute them
- Experience with regression, unit and manual testing
