Job Title : Sr On-Site Service Specialist

Work Location : Des Plaines, IL

Duration : Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours : Monday-Friday am-pm

Education / Experience Required : High school or equivalent

Job Description :

Manager is reviewing resumes for a candidate who can do below and has the experience on resume, good work history, ability to speak, read, write and communicate verbally and in writing in the English language skills.

There will be walking, lifting bending and twisting as part of the position.

Responsibilities :

• Comfortable with copier for scanning
• Open mail and prepare for documents for scanning
• Sort by document type (registration, tolls, violation)
• Being able to discern the type of document and know if it isn't what we should be scanning
• Sort by document "make up Single Sided, Double Sided, etc
• Pull up in Adobe and QC (rescan if necessary)
• Move documents from folder to folder within windows environment
