This is a contract-to-hire position and fully remote.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience providing remote technical support to internal end users
- 6 years of experience troubleshooting level 1 and 2 tickets (hardware and software)
- Experience deploying and imaging desktops and laptops
- Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools (Intune/Autopilot)
- Experience creating accounts in Salesforce
- Experience supporting and administering Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Office 365 and Office365 Cloud
- Experience creating users in Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Citrix File Server and Share File
- Experience with Duo/MS Auth
