PalAmerican Security - Healthcare Client Service Manager
Join PalAmerican Security as a Healthcare Client Service Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to liaise with clients, supervise staff, and ensure contractual requirements are met with utmost satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Provide constructive performance conversations to maintain peak levels
- Ensure security officers are adequately trained and job-ready
- Handle discipline and termination of employees
- Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of related experience
