Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and government regulations.
- Maintain a proactive program of regulatory compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-3 years' experience as a Compliance Specialist.
- 1-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Preferred: Experience working in the Security Industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
