Palazzo Kitchens and Baths, a well-established Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Showroom located in Concord CA is seeking an experienced Office Assistant/ Purchasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting showroom staff, and managing purchasing and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO and CFO with daily tasks and projects
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our evolving product line
• Assist showroom sales staff as needed
• Create purchase orders and manage receivables
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in office management, customer service, sales, or a related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
• Business-development mindset and willingness to make an immediate contribution to our expansion

Compensation is hourly ($20-$25) and based on experience. We offer medical insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Our showroom is open six days a week, and you will be required to work two Saturdays per month and a weekly schedule of 9am-4pm.
