The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Home Delivery Driver and Warehouse Team Member to help us support our growing customer base. This position is roughly 80% driver and 20% warehouse. The Driver and Warehouse Driver will be responsible for accurately delivering packages and orders directly to customer's homes, following routes as assigned to meet delivery schedules, and interacting professionally when speaking or interacting with customers, employees, and the general public. When at the warehouse, the Employee will accurately receive, store, and issue merchandise, materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard to fill shelves, racks, tables, or customers' orders. May be required to safely operate power equipment to fill orders. May mark prices on merchandise.
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Enjoys being on the road 30-40 hours per week
• Doesn't mind working in a 45 degree room for extended periods and occasionally a 0 degree freezer for very short periods
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to enthusiastically communicate directly with our customers, employees, and the general public
• Has the ability to accurately complete all deliveries with the allotted time frames and to communicate with supervisor on any delays or route changes
• Has the ability and willingness to handle some heavy lifting. Some of our products arrive in 40 lb boxes. We make great use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, but there is still some lifting required. Also, some of our customers with large families regularly have 30 lb deliveries
• Is available to work up to 40 hours a week. (Day Shift, M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm)
• Willing to occasionally work OT
• Able to work in Denver, CO. Can reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Is “tech savvy” with things like Google Sheets, phone apps, and other web based software
• Has the ability to utilize GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery schedule

Required Education And Experience

• This is an entry level role and does not require any previous experience or education
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record required

Preferred Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• 1 year of previous Driver and warehouse experience is preferred
