Paleovalley, LLC is Hiring a Senior Supply Chain and Operations Analyst Near Erie, CO

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
Benefit Eligible: Yes, includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) along with paid time off and a 401k with company match
Classification: Exempt, Regular Full-time
Location: Remote within the US, open to candidates residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, LA, NC, NJ, NV, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

We have incredibly high standards for our meat – all being raised in the USA by small-scale family farmers on lush pastures free from any and all chemicals.
The Opportunity
The Senior Supply Chain & Operations Analyst will operate the daily & weekly supply chain functions across the Wild Pastures supply chain. This includes inventory management, receiving POs, maintaining inventory transfers, working closely with internal & external storage facilities, raw material planning & purchasing, and minimal freight coordination.

  • Manage and conduct weekly inventory reviews, reconciliations & ERP transactions
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse team(s) to successfully track inventory levels across all SKUs & storage locations
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to successfully coordinate inventory replenishments, raw materials, paperwork and scheduling of inventory inbounds/outbounds
  • Track inventory levels at and effectively communicate with multiple external storage partners across the country
  • Understand business challenges through data analysis, create actionable insights, and communicate and/or problem-solve based on your findings
  • Plan & coordinate warehouse raw material(s) across internal supply networks
  • Support supply chain team with cross-docking and inventory resorting between DCs and internal & external warehouse locations
  • Maintain on-going raw material replenishment programs to support co-man production
  • Manage regional inventory transfer(s) between local storage locations and warehouses
  • Effectively plan & purchase raw materials across various manufacturing partners
  • Successfully track, update and process raw ingredients into finished goods within the ERP system
  • Strategically problem-solve, help develop SOPs and track KPIs
  • Accurately review & approve vendor invoices

Required Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • Between 4-6 years of supply chain and inventory management experience
  • At least 2 years of CPG and/or start-up experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (preferably in a supply chain capacity)
  • At least 2 years of experience collaborating with internal & 3PL warehouse facilities
  • At least 1 year of experience in raw material planning or purchasing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and ERP/IMS system(s)
Preferred Education & Experience
  • Supply Chain or Operational experience within the meat industry and/or regenerative agriculture
  • Experience with Fulfil.io ERP system (or similar system)
  • Proven track record of creating models or robust reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Looker Studio and/or SQL experience
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a remote setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cloud storage and internet-based programs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds and to bend and stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position does not require regular travel but limited trip(s) to warehouse facilities.
