Our Customer Experience Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service and customer centric relationships.
When you’ll work… We are currently hiring Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Typical work hours range from 7:30am – 4:30 pm. Hybrid role with home and office days.
What you’ll do… Ensure order confirmation and inventory of finished goods to provide proper execution of order fulfillment, including both domestic and export.
Primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions.
Ensures customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced accurate.
Why you’ll be successful… High attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate ownership of complex tasks from start to finish.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. By using time management and prioritization with minimal supervision. Respond timely to all requests.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
Ability to solve problems within an established framework using tact and diplomacy.
