Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. T he list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities.
- Assist operators in set up and monitoring of machine operations.
- Monitor product quality according to company standards .
- Assist with k eep ing equipment and area clean and orderly.
- Responsible for arriving on time daily for shift, p roperly wear ing personal protective equipment in accordance with GMP/company standards , in order to be ready for shift startup .
- Communicate with others on the line to maintain and assure proper product flow.
- Comply with direction and guidance provided by leadership to follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and other work rules.
- Support and promote all company policies including maintaining company expectations for people and food safety.
- Communication (Oral & Written) - Communicates effectively with others using a variety of methods and tools.
- Teamwork – Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.
- Integrity – Earns others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
ExperienceNo previous manufacturing experience required .
Computer SkillsMinimal knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Certifications & LicensesOther Requirements:
Proficient use of English language; preferred.
