Job Overview: As a Human Resource Generalist at Palette Hotels, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's functions across our portfolio of hotels. You will be responsible for various HR responsibilities, including employee relations, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, employee benefits and leave management, compliance and general admin duties.
