Role and Responsibilities

Palisade Technology Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing first-line support to our clients' employees, resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote work position. Some limited local travel may be necessary. Candidate must be proficient in the following:

· Provide phone, email, and chat support to clients' employees

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software

· Document and track all support tickets

· Escalate issues to the next level of support as needed

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients

· Client-Centric Issue Resolution

· Providing Remote Assistance

· Exhibit outstanding communication skills

· Conveying technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users

· Other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

· 1-3 Years Hep Desk Experience

· Computer Operating Systems

· Microsoft 365 family of products

· Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

· Basic networking (basic troubleshooting of modems, routers, and switches)

· Remote Management Tools (RDP, SSH, and RMM tools)

· Mobile Device Business and Security apps (Company Portal, Multifactor Authentication apps, etc. for iOS and Android)

· Ticketing and Time Tracking systems (ConnectWise or similar)

· Technical writing

· Excellent proactive communication

· Strong time management and ability to organize

· Flexibility and multi-tasking
