IT Project Manager / Business AnalystPallidus, Inc. is a fast-growing producer of large diameter Silicon Carbide (SiC) wafers for high power and high frequency semiconductor applications in Transportation, Green Energy, Telecommunications and Industrial markets. Pallidus’ M-SiC™ technology delivers step change improvements in SiC quality and cost effectiveness to drive wafer to device yield performance. Pallidus is a high energy, technology driven and innovative startup company looking for like-minded people to join our team. SCOPE Pallidus is looking for a talented information technology project manager and business analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact across the entire IT landscape. You will plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects to deliver specific measured results. You will apply project management skills in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, business analysis, requirements definition, building test plans, coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of all assigned projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed, develop schedules and measure progress towards outcomes.
- Manage the development and implementation process of projects involving internal resources, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional business teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements. Establish project scope and schedules.
- Drive multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Oversee and govern business change management in conjunction with project delivery.
- Develop, forecast, and manage overall project budget.
- Plan, design, develop, and implement enhancements to project management processes to improve efficiency and quality of output of the project management function.
- Plans and oversees project communications with senior management, project sponsors and functional area managers regarding status of specific projects.
- 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects of varying size and complexity.
- 5 years working in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in traditional waterfall and agile delivery environments. (Agile/Scrum and PMI certifications a plus.)
- Demonstrated success leading, managing and influencing cross-functional teams to build consensus and deliver tangible results.
- Ability to synthesize business requirements, work collaboratively to develop solutions, create project charters, define scope, and build realistic implementation plans and approaches.
- Excellent communication skills. Adept at tailoring communications and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and able to execute independently; strong bias for action.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with good collaboration skills and able to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
- Must be a US Citizen or be a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. to meet Export Control requirements.
