Tasks
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with machines.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on machines as required.
• Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

• Annual salary of $40,000 to 45,000 plus a bonus and vacation package after 90 days.
