We are a leading Miami-based company specializing in manufacturing electric juicers, and we are seeking an Equipment Sales Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated and driven opportunity hunter with experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate is committed to making things happen and has a proven track record in value-based sales. Your primary role will be to build a robust pipeline of opportunities, establish our brand among new and existing clients, and ensure a continuous flow of projects at various stages (from prospect to launch).
Tasks

• Create additional business on a regular basis.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities within existing and new customers to ensure a continuous stream of projects.
• Explore new segments and create strong value propositions and business cases tailored to their needs.
• Identify prospects, map their strategies, and understand their decision-makers.
• Link our solutions to customer needs and create strong value proposals.
• Deliver these proposals in an inspiring and convincing manner to gain traction and support within the customer’s decision influencers and makers.
• Ensure a continuous stream of projects in various stages (prospect to roll-out).
• Work closely with the team to ensure customer success with our electric juicer solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a KAM in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or Food Equipment sectors.
• Strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
• A professional appearance.
• Availability for travel and occasional weekend hours (trade fairs).
• “Find solutions - Get things done” attitude.
• No “9 to 5” mentality.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $75K
• Bonus: $25K based on achieving company-imposed objectives.
