We are a leading company in Miami that manufactures electric juicers, and we are looking for an Equipment Sales Manager to join our team. We are searching for a committed, opportunity hunter, dedicated to making things happen and experienced in value selling. Your main role will be to create a strong pipeline of opportunities and establish our brand within existing and new customers to ensure a continuous stream of projects in different stages (from prospect to roll-out). Tasks
Create additional business on a regular basis.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities within existing and new customers to ensure a continuous stream of projects.
Explore new segments and create strong value propositions and business cases tailored to their needs.
Identify prospects, map their strategies, and understand their decision-makers.
Link our solutions to customer needs and create strong value proposals.
Deliver these proposals in an inspiring and convincing manner to gain traction and support within the customer’s decision influencers and makers.
Ensure a continuous stream of projects in various stages (prospect to roll-out).
Work closely with the team to ensure customer success with our electric juicer solutions.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a KAM in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or Food Equipment sectors.
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual: Spanish and English.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
A professional appearance.
Availability for travel and occasional weekend hours (trade fairs).

Benefits
Base Salary: $75K
Bonus: $25K based on achieving company-imposed objectives.
