Palm Aire Professional Services is Hiring a Medical Receptionist (Spanish-English) Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are seeking a competent and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients and staff.
Tasks
  • Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone
  • Quickly answer or properly refer questions and issues
  • Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Notify providers of patient arrivals
  • Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
  • Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
  • Verify financial records and collect patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
  • Perform patient registry and general administrative duties
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English or in Portuguese and English
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
