We are seeking to add a career-minded Receptionist to our team with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in the office area.
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high level of multitasking and customer service skills.
Note: must be dog friendly, we have a dog(Not very social at first. (she is 53 lbs and doesn't bite) just protective of everyone INSIDE our office.
Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (Flexible hours: 9am to 3pm)
• Weekends and standard holidays off

Tasks
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Promptly answer and filter calls as necessary
• Maintain professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Handle calls regarding billing issues
• Data entry

RequirementsRequirements:

• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Self starter.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dog friendly

BenefitsStarting Pay:

• $16 to $20 per hour
• Health insurance after 180 days with a $200 contribution towards insurance
