We are a privately owned facility that provides a sense of family and community to both residents and staff. You will have an opportunity to make decisions and have your opinion heard on your resident's care needs.

Experience is not required, we will train the right candidate to feel confident in providing care to seniors and assist with medication. Passion to help seniors and be a part a team environment is required.

Those with tenured caregiving experiences, a CNA or HHA licenses are encouraged to apply as well. We offer wage incentives for those with those experiences or licenses.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a level 2 background screening and drug screening.
• Good record of attendance at previous employment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Passion to work with the aging senior population and provide excellent care.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift or pull up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
